Eurizon has exhibited remarkable momentum since Tommaso Corcos took over as CEO in 2014. Put simply, Eurizon succeeds where others falter. In the aftermath of the UK’s Brexit referendum – an event that created a particularly difficult environment for fund houses – Eurizon became Europe’s Best-selling asset manager. The company also achieved some stellar results in 2017 despite a somewhat unstable backdrop: Eurizon’s June results revealed that assets under management had increased four percent since the end of December 2016, surpassing €300bn for the first time. What’s more, consolidated net income for the first half of 2017 was up 32 percent.
