Throughout his life, Uroš Rosa has been driven by a desire to continually move forward – an ambition that has manifested itself in his company, Akrapovič. Rather than merely being satisfied with the exhaust parts it makes for the automotive industry, the Slovenian firm also decided to create its very own titanium foundry to facilitate the creation of bespoke products. Overseeing a comprehensive R&D process while managing more than 1,000 employees is never easy, but this hasn’t dulled Rosa’s thirst for innovation. Since becoming CEO in 2012, he has set his sights on making Akrapovič the leading manufacturer of exhaust systems and innovative titanium products. Few would bet against him.
