Mike Britch started his 30-year career as an assistant civil engineer at Taylor Woodrow, the UK’s biggest house building and general construction firm. After a 15-year stint at the company, during which he rose to the role of regional manager, Britch joined NPS Property Consultants as the group’s managing director in 1993. Since 2006, he has also served as MD for Norse Group. In this role, Britch has displayed a talent for introducing innovative business models and taking a proactive approach to an ever-changing market and policy landscape. Under his leadership, Norse Group employs more than 10,000 people and has an annual turnover of around €346m.
