Following an extensive career, in which he held several senior management roles across Europe and the US, Jan Bowen-Nielsen has earned a reputation for successfully leading strategic change initiatives. It wasn’t until 2002, however, that he decided to delve into the world of coaching. Bowen-Nielsen began speaking at international conferences, teaching business leaders how to incite organisational change. Seeking to spread the benefits of coaching beyond senior executives, Bowen-Nielsen co-founded Quiver Management.
