With a vision to help people realise their full potential, Adam Miller decided to found Cornerstone OnDemand in his one-bedroom apartment back in 1999. Today, the company is one of the biggest in the cloud computing space, serving 22 million users across 191 countries. Though Miller has several degrees and a background in investment banking, he attributes his ability to run a global company to his time travelling the world. A well-known figure in the industry, he is a regular speaker and writer on entrepreneurship, technology and talent management. Miller is also a social entrepreneur, dedicating much of his time to the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, which ‘helps people who help people’. It focuses on education, workforce development and disaster relief.
