In 1974, Jim Payne graduated from Ontario’s St Clair College with a degree in construction engineering, project management and estimating. Since then, he has put his project management skills to good use, founding and running multiple companies over more than 38 years. Payne’s experience in accounting, leadership and corporate governance has helped him create many strong and successful teams over the years. As CEO of dynaCERT, a role he has held for 10 years, he has streamlined corporate activities, generated growth and formed new partnerships: with Payne at the helm, dynaCERT is becoming a key player in the emission-reduction industry.
