Mark Cutifani, CEO of Anglo American, holds a number of high-ranking positions in various international firms, including diamond company De Beers, energy producer and provider Total, and charity the Power of Nutrition. Since graduating from the University of Wollongong with a degree in mining engineering, Cutifani has remained in the mining industry, climbing the ranks to become CEO of Anglo American in 2013. In the years since he took the position, Cutifani has worked hard to honour the vision of the company’s founder, Ernest Oppenheimer. Cutifani said: “I know I feel very proud when I see [Oppenheimer’s] values exhibited wherever I go throughout the business.”
