In 2000, Karim Bernoussi founded Intelcia Group, a Morocco-based offshoring company that covers the entire B2B and B2C relationship value chain. In the years since, Morocco has faced both economic and political challenges, but Bernoussi has managed to grow the business throughout them all. Today, Intelcia is the biggest company of its kind in the country. Its CEO achieved this feat by realising that the country’s offshoring sector could not rely solely on cost advantage – real added value and tailor-made solutions were needed as well. Bernoussi also believes in creating a great environment for employees, which in turn ensures they provide the best possible service to clients.
