As one of the only fintech firms in the world to have recorded 11 consecutive years of profitability, Prepaid Financial Services (PFS) is well on its way to becoming a leading name in the European financial services sector. Currently headed towards its IPO, the company is already one of the fastest-growing e-money payment institutions on the continent. CEO Noel Moran left school early with no qualifications, but now finds himself a fintech magnate with a joint 81.5 percent stake in the company alongside his wife, Valerie. PFS works in partnership with major global card networks and the all-in-one payment gateway, acquirer, underwriter and processor eCOMM Merchant Solutions, which Moran also founded.
