Marcos Constandse has established himself as a tireless promoter for sustainable development in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. He currently serves as the Vice President of Administration and Finance at Grupo Xcaret, but has actively participated in the management and key decision-making of the company across a variety of roles for more than 20 years. Constandse is focused on solidifying all the areas of the business to assure its evolution aligns with its mission, vision, philosophy and organisational objectives. Additionally, he holds C-suite positions at several other companies where he leads strategic planning and oversees operational, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
